Goose Port comes from a nickname I had since I was a little dude. During my first week of little league, my old-school coach asked me what Santos was. When I said Portuguese... I've been Portagoose or Goose since! Flipping that nickname to Goose Port is a shout-out to those formative sports years and my Portuguese heritage. We have sports on, twenty-three beer taps with classics and crafts, a full bar with creative craft mixed drinks, live music, and most importantly, great, fresh food. It all began on October 12, 1975, when Uncle Freddy (Zio Fraedo in Italian) and Tony LoForte Sr. opened up a little pizza and spaghetti joint - and from that, Zio Fraedo’s was born.  Decades later, Zio Fraedo's continues to be warm and friendly place to dine with extensive menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We recently began serving breakfast in our dining room & outdoor patio, and have adopted the “Sherry's Kitchen” menu which is Tony Jr.'s wife's restaurant (previously located around the corner from Zio Fraedo's).   For lunch and dinner, we offer Italian dishes and continental cuisine.  Stop by for light bites at the bar, and hang out with local regulars to hear some stories of the past.
