We train military professionals to be fit for the fight and life; namely physically, mentally, and spiritually prepared for the violence of combat and tackling the obstacles of everyday life. We work with military individuals, leaders, and chaplains to provide them video curriculum and training systems that will allow for their unit to be on their "A Game" in the areas of Fitness, Faith (Mental Health, Warrior Soul, and Command Religious Program Support), Family, Finances, and Freedom (professional and leadership issues). We do this by teaching military leaders how to combine group fitness and tactical training with mobile video life coaching discussions using highly credible and relevant content from individuals such as MSgt John Rudd, USMC, an Explosive Ordnance Technician who served with the Marine Raiders, retired US Navy SEAL Jocko Willink turned veteran thought expert on leadership, LtCol David Grossman, USA (Ret), the author of "On Killing" and "On Combat", and CDR Mark Divine, USN (Ret), former Navy SEAL commander and the founder of SealFit and Unbeatable Mind. Fitness programming comes from credible sources such as CrossFit Hero WODs and Mountain Tactical Institute.
