Welcome. I work in a variety of mediums in order to explore and evolve. Textiles have played a significant role in both my personal and professional life and remains a medium that beckons further discovery. I build paintings to capture the visual temperament, space and environment of time. I approach my work by intuitively layering paint and plaster, allowing form and color to combine and overlap. The resulting complex surface invites the viewer to investigate and explore, to experience a glimpse of recognition, but allows the final determination of the subject to remain ambiguous.
