Western Counties Regional Library is a regional public library with 10 branches serving the counties of Digby, Shelburne and Yarmouth in southwestern Nova Scotia. Established in June 1969, the library has its headquarters at 405 Main Street in the Town of Yarmouth, the largest population centre of the three counties.
The Board operates within the Halifax Regional Municipality, covering the whole of Halifax County.

Halifax Public Libraries and Halifax Stanfield have partnered to offer our community members a new way to borrow books. There are 2 library kiosks inside Halifax Stanfield. One is located pre-security near Centre Court and the other kiosk is located past security near Gate 14. Pick up a book to pass the time while you wait, or take it with you.
