'Rwanda Education' Trends

Berulo App is an integrated digital platform originally conceived, designed, and created by Cyusa Ian Berulo to connect education, families, communities, and local government by monitoring attendance tracking for students, teachers, and staff, detecting early absenteeism and dropout risks, and allowing parents to access real-time information on their child's school performance. The platform also enables citizen reporting of emergencies, violence, and community issues, tracks case resolution, notifies local authorities of household residency, supports direct donor-to-applicant communication, monitors family engagement, and includes tools that strengthen accountability, safety, and community support.
