Description:Gerade erst habe ich wieder einen Artikel über das derzeit große Thema der 24-Stunden-Kitas gelesen. Ich saß nickend und gleichzeitig kopfschüttelnd da und mir gingen beim Lesen hunderte Gedanken gleichzeitig durch den Kopf. Diese würde ich euch an dieser Stelle gerne mitteilen. Von vielen wird diese Unterbringungsmöglichkeit der 24-Stunden-Kita mit einem fassungslosen Kopfschütteln abgetan. Da kommen Sätze wie: Wie kann man nur? Was sind das für Mütter, die ihr Kind über Nacht weggeben, um arbeiten zu gehen? Ich selbst arbeite seit Jahren im Schichtdienst und weiß aus eigener Erfahrung wie schwierig es ist, die Unterbringung des eigenen Kindes zu organisieren. Zum Glück habe ich einen Partner mit normalen Arbeitszeiten, ansonsten würde unser Leben so nicht funktionieren. An alleinerziehende Elternteile mit ungewöhnlichen Arbeitszeiten will ich dabei gar nicht erst denken. Wäre ich jetzt plötzlich alleinerziehend, könnte ich meinen  Job so nicht mehr ausüben. Nicht immer kann man seine Arbeit an die Familie anpassen. Deshalb finde ich es extrem wichtig, dass die Möglichkeit besteht, die Familie an die Arbeit anzupassen. Und da ist die 24-Stunden-Kita in meinen Augen eine gute Idee. Ãœberhaupt müssen wir in Deutschland endlich von den starren Kinderbetreuungszeiten wegkommen. Nicht jeder arbeitet von 8 bis 16 Uhr. Es gibt Bäcker, Busfahrer, Krankenpflerger, Pförtner, Altenpfleger, Polizisten, Museeumswärter und viele andere Berufe, die eben nicht in das klassische Arbeitszeitschema passen. Und auch im Einzelhandel mit den immer längeren Öffnungszeiten, ist das mit der Kinderbetreuung nicht mehr so leicht. Denn die meisten Krippen und Kindergärten schließen am Nachmittag, meistens um 16 oder 17 Uhr. Das ist für die Erzieherinnen wunderbar (sie haben geregelte Arbeitszeiten), den meisten Schichtarbeitern bringt dieses Modell leider aber überhaupt nichts. Und selbst unserer Familie nützt eine 17-Uhr-Schließung überhaupt nichts. Wenn ich Spätschicht habe, muss Papa den Junior zukünftig vom Kindergarten abholen. Papa hat aber selbst erst um 17 Uhr Feierabend. Bis Papa aber im Kindergarten ankommt, hat dieser schon längst die Pforten geschlossen. Für dieses Problem (welches im nächsten Jahr auf uns zukommen wird), müssen wir noch eine Lösung finden. Wahrscheinlich müssen die beiden Omas ran, die glücklicherweise in der selben Stadt wohnen. Bis dahin profitieren wir noch von unserer Krippe, die bis 18 Uhr geöffnet hat (bei Bedarf sogar bis 20 Uhr). Habe ich aktuell Spätschicht und fange erst nachmittags das arbeiten an, sieht unser Tagesablauf folgendermaßen aus. Junior und ich verbringen den gesamten Vormittag miteinander. Da ist Mama-Sohn-Zeit. Mittags bringe ich ihn dann in die Krippe. Dort isst er mit den anderen Knirpsen zu Mittag und abends holt Papa ihn ab und bringt ihn abends ins Bett. An solchen Tagen ist früh Mama- und abends Papa-Zeit. Habe ich normal Frühschicht, hole ich den Kleinen nachmittags selbst ab und wir verbringen den restlichen Tag als komplette Familie. Irgendwie geht es immer. Fällt man jedoch aus dem klassischen Arbeitszeitmodell, wird es für Familien schwierig. Und hierfür finde ich die 24-Stunden-Kitas eine großartige Idee. Denn dort ist man mit den Unterbringungszeiten doch weitaus flexibler. Vor allem Wechselschichtler kämen hier viel besser weg. Jetzt werden einige beim Lesen dieses Artikels wieder sagen: Warum muss man mit Kind überhaupt Schicht arbeiten? Kann man seine Arbeitszeit nicht dem Kind anpassen? Oder sollten Schichtarbeiter überhaupt Kinder bekommen? Von solchen Fragen bekomme ich echt Kopfschmerzen. Und auch ich habe diese Fragen selbst schon gestellt bekommen. Das ist in meinen Augen Schwachsinn. Nicht immer ist es möglich, die Stundenzahl zu reduzieren oder die Arbeitszeit dem Familienleben anzupassen. Manche Eltern wollen das vielleicht auch gar nicht. Und wieso soll jemand mit unregelmäßigen Arbeitszeiten auf Kinder verzichten müssen? Werden jetzt Menschen schon in Klassen eingeteilt. Der darf, der darf nicht, der vielleicht, aber nur wenn ... Deswegen interessieren mich auch eure Meinungen? Wie steht ihr zu einer Rundumbetreuung für Kinder? Liebe Grüße Anke
