Friends of the Yee Fow Museum's mission is to generate support for the Yee Fow Center for History, Culture, and Trade in The Railyard of Sacramento, California. Our Chinese pioneers of the 1800's, the the forefathers of our Asian and Pacific Islander community, were the only people to carve out a town in The Railyards and call it home. To the Chinese pioneers their town was "Yee Fow," translated from Cantonese as "Second City."
