Projekt, který pro Amazon realizovala společnost Panattoni Europe, vyznamenala Česká rada pro šetrné budovy při příležitosti 10 let od svého založení. Na prestižním seznamu se Amazon v Dobrovízi ocitl vedle Národní technické knihovny v Praze, centrály ČSOB v pražských Radlicích a dalších jedinečných staveb, jejichž dokončení se hodnotí jako přelom v oblasti udržitelného rozvoje. Amazon v Dobrovízi tak získal již deváté profesní ocenění a tentokrát zazářil i mimo oblast průmyslového developmentu. "Distribuční centrum Amazonu vnímáme jako milník, který pomohl nejen naší společnosti v dalším směřování a profilování, ale skokově posunul vnímání udržitelného rozvoje celého průmyslového trhu v ČR. Od té doby jsme postavili přes 300 000 m2 průmyslových budov s prestižní ekologickou certifikací BREEAM. Certifikace se pro nás stala standardem v minimální úrovni Very Good dle posledních a tedy nejpřísnějších verzí požadavků BREEAM na udržitelnost. Technologie použité v distribučním centru Amazonu v Dobrovízi však dodnes patří mezi to nejlepší z oblasti udržitelného rozvoje," řekl Pavel Sovička, generální ředitel Panattoni Europe pro ČR a Slovensko. "Jedním z hlavních cílů Amazonu je ekologie, udržitelný rozvoj, minimalizace negativního dopadu našeho podnikáni na životní prostředí – ochrana zákazníků a zachování planety pro další generace. Celosvětově investujeme do projektů, které k tomu přispívají. Rovněž klademe důraz na to, abychom působili v budovách s nízkou energetickou účinností a nízkými náklady na údržbu. Jsme hrdí na to, že budova v Dobrovízi tento závazek více než splňuje," řekl Michal Šmíd, generální ředitel distribučního centra Amazonu v Dobrovízi. "Distribuční centrum Amazonu v Dobrovízi považujeme za jedinečný projekt, který v uplynulé dekádě znamenal průlom v celém oboru a zásadně změnil vztah uživatelů, developerů i investorů průmyslových staveb k udržitelnému rozvoji. Budova se stalo v mnoha ohledech vzorem pro další rozvoj průmyslového developmentu v České republice," řekla Simona Kalvoda, výkonná ředitelka České rady pro šetrné budovy. Distribuční centrum Amazonu v Dobrovízi dosáhlo v rámci certifikace BREEAM Excellent impozantního skóre 76,8 %, a stalo se tak v době svého vzniku nejekologičtější průmyslovou budovou na světě. Zajímavostí je, že rekordního výsledku dosáhla budova i při tlakové zkoušce těsnosti. Hala dále vyniká minimální spotřebou vody, elektřiny, tepla a nízkými emisemi oxidů dusíku z plynového vytápění. Je vybavena rekuperací, osvětlením LED se senzory a inteligentním systémem řízení. Ze samotné výstavby lze dále vyzdvihnout použití materiálů s omezením těkavých organických látek a výraznou recyklaci stavebního odpadu. Kvůli zachování krajinného rázu v okolí byly vysazeny stromy a široká škála místních rostlin. Budova dále vyniká několika pozoruhodnými technickými detaily, které ještě snižují její dopad na životní prostředí a zároveň v průmyslových prostorech nejsou úplně běžné. V místech spotřeby energií je nainstalované podružné měření, dešťové vody jsou vsakované do přilehlých retenčních nádrží a na WC jsou osazeny úsporné vodovodní baterie a splachování. Nákladové můstky jsou vybaveny nafukovacími límci, které zabraňují tepelným ztrátám, což hraje značnou roli zejména v zimních měsících. Interní a externí osvětlení řídí soumraková a pohybová čidla. Česká rada pro šetrné budovy je příspěvková asociace, která sdružuje odborníky na udržitelný rozvoj v oblasti stavebnictví. Letos slaví 10 let své existence a při této příležitosti pořádá řadu tematických akcí. Oslavy vyvrcholí listopadovou konferencí Šetrné budovy, která se bude zaměřovat na revitalizaci brownfieldů v kontextu šetrného stavebnictví, boj proti suchu či zdravé vnitřní prostředí.
