Yüksek Lisans eğitimi sırasında bilişsel terapi süpervizyonu,IFTA onaylı çift terapisi süpervizyonu almıştır, Varoluşçu felsefeyi ilke edinen Viktor Frankl’ın Logoterapi süpervizyonu, 2010 yılında Davranış Bilimleri Enstitüsü ve Brief London işbirliğiyle Çözüm Odaklı Kısa süreli terapi süpervizyonu almıştır. House Of Human Kurumundan uluslararası İCF akreditasyonlu profesyonel yönetici,yaşam ve öğrenci koçluğu eğitimi de alan uzman, iletişim becerileri, tky, insan kaynakları alanında çeşitli eğitim ve seminerler vermiştir. Yüksek lisansı ve lisansı sırasında Bibliyoterapi(kitap ile terapi) ve çocuk resimlerinin psiko-pedagojik açıdan değerlendirilmesi eğitimi de alan Nermin Sarıbaş Türkiye’nin en yüksek tirajlı kültür, sanat ve edebiyat dergisi Kafkaokur Dergisi’nde dosya (kapak)yazıları yazmakta, aynı zamanda Edebiyatist Dergisi’nde ülkenin önde gelen yazar ve sanatçılarıyla röportaj yapmaktadır:Haldun Dormen,Ataol Behramoğlu, Mario Levi,Meltem Cumbul, Sunay Akın,Ceyhun Yılmaz,Teoman, Ayla Kutlu, Hıfzı Topuz bunlardan bazılarıdır. Kadının sanatta ve edebiyatta varoluşu ile ilgili çeşitli seminerler düzenlemiş,konu ile ilgili çeşitli ödüller almıştır.2007-2009 yılları arasında Bahçeşehir Üniversitesi’nde yarı zamanlı öğretim görevlisi olarak akademik çalışmalar yapmıştır.
En son travma,olumsuz geçmiş yaşantıları,kaygı,stres, ilişki problemleri ve birçok olumsuz durumla çalışmak konusunda çok etkin ve başarısı kanıtlanmış olan EMDR I. ve II. düzey eğitimini Davranış Bilimleri Enstitüsü’nden almıştır. EMDR 2. seviye eğitim ve süpervizyonunu Aralık 2018'de tamamlayarak practicioner olabilmek için süpervizyon çalışmalarına devam etmektedir. EMDR konusunda çalışmalarına ağırlık veren uzman iyi derecede İngilizce, orta düzeyde Yunanca ve Rusça dillerini bilmektedir.

Edebiyat alanında çeşitli yazıları bulunan uzman kitap okumayı, araştırma, inceleme ve biyografi yazıları yazmayı, ırk kedi popülasyonunu artırma ve ırk standardını koruma çalışmalarını ABD menşeili TİCA Federasyonu bünyesinde yapmayı, doğa yürüyüşü yapmayı, müzik dinlemeyi, tenis oynamayı,seyahat etmeyi sevmektedir. Gerekli Yayınlar Yayınevi bünyesinde biyografi çalışmaları da yapan uzmanın Ocak 2019'da Stefan Zweig: Edebiyat Dehası adlı bir eseri yayımlanmıştır.
