STLPunk.com was originally created by Jerome Gaynor in the late 90's as a hub for the St. Louis Punk scene. It grew into an online hang out and became the go to source for concert information in St. Louis. The site hit 1 million unique visitors at its peak in July of 2005. This was around the same time that Myspace started to gain ground and STLPunk went into a state of decline. In 2007 Concert Promoter John Mancuso bought the website and attempted to revive it, but it was already too late as Myspace completely ruled social media. STLPunk.com returns Thanksgiving 2015
