Jennifer Alejandro is a multimedia journalist and news correspondent with over 14 years of experience in the media and broadcast industry. Based in Singapore , she anchors and produces the business segments of Channel News Asia's flagship program "Primetime Morning". On a daily basis, she provides up-to-the minute market reports and in-depth interviews with CEOs, ysts, fund managers and economists. Jennifer has prolific general and business news reporting experience. She's been the main anchor of Mediacorp's "World Today", "Business Lunch" and "Asian Market Report" in Channel News Asia as well as reporting for a variety of news, business, and current affairs shows. She also produces and hosts lifestyle feature segments like "TGIF" and "Weekend CEO". Jennifer began her broadcasting career in the Philippines with ABS-CBN News as a correspondent for top-rated programs "TV Patrol" and "The World Tonight". A British Chevening Scholar, Jennifer stu d broadcast journalism at Cardiff University in Wales and International Relations at the University of Westminster in London. She's also a Senior Fellow at the Konrad Adenauer Asian Centre for Journalism. Outside of work, she supports charitable causes involving children such as World Vision International. Jennifer received a prestigious fellowship from Oxford University for 2010.
