Plus More!<br /><br />Children's classes<br />We aim to teach the fundamentals in boxing in a fun and non contact way. <br />We will build up their boxing skill that works with there age level.<br /> Boxing teaches young people discipline and work ethic better than any other sport.<br />Age ranges are 6-9, & 10– 14 ( numbers permitting)<br />Baby Pool : <br />Entry level-3 years upwards<br />Gaining water confidence in a fun way and learning the basics in swimming<br />Outcome: be confident in water with a lot less fear, and experience the big pool.<br /><br />Beginner: <br />Any age, must be able to put face in<br />water, Be able to stand in the shallow water.<br />Outcome: have the basic frontcrawl and backstroke, confident putting face in the water.<br /><br />Improver: <br />must be able to swim on front.<br />Be confident of putting face in the water<br />Must be able to go on their back without a float<br />Outcome: Improve the frontcrawl and backstroke. Learn breastroke, Introduce butterfly, introduce diving, treading water, be able to swim at least half a length frontcrawl and backstroke <br /><br />Advanced: <br />Coming up from improvers, confident in the deep end and be able to swim half length frontcrawl and backcrawl.<br />Outcome: confident on lengths of frontcrawl and backcrawl, improve breaststroke, learn the turns for the strokes. Half length butterfly. Improve on the dive.<br /><br />Masters Swim Training <br /><br />The Masters is open to all.<br /><br />minimum entry level is 25m frontcrawl and 25m of another stroke<br /><br />Are you!<br /><br /> Looking to improve your swimming technique<br /> looking to improve your endurance<br /> looking to improve your speed.<br /> training for triatlones<br /><br /><br />Then the Masters is for you!<br />We train from september to June.<br /><br />
