Le CFA dispense et offre des formations professionnelles du CAP au BAC +5 en alternance liées au métiers du Commerce : CAP Equipier Polyvalent du Commerce, CAP + Titre Pro : Employé Commercial, BAC PRO Métiers du Commerce et de la Vente, des BTS : Gestion de la Pme (GPME), Management Commercial Opérationnel (MCO), Négociation et Digitalisation de la Relation Client (NDRC), des BAC +3 : Responsable de Gestion d'Activités Opérationnelles (RGAO) et RGAO option : Manager de Point de Vente (MPV), Responsable du Développement des Affaires (ReDA) et en Commerce International (ReDA-CI), Responsable Commercial Marketing Digital (RCMD), et un BAC +5 Manager Relation Client et Marketing Digital (RCMD). Et depuis la rentrée 2024, une filière sport s'est ouverte spécialisée dans le management et le développement d'une structure sportive, avec les formations : BAC + 2 Chargé.e du développement d'une Structure Sportive Associative CD2SA et le BAC + 3 : Management et Développement d'une Structure Sportive (MD2S). Les compétences développées à la MFR Ifacom, La Ferrière sont larges elles passent par : la relation client, la gestion de budget, le conseil, la culture générale, la communication, le marketing, le digital, le management, l’assistanat, les ressources humaines, le droit, l’approvisionnement, le rayonnage, la SST (pour les plus jeunes), la stratégie de communication, la vidéo, le référencement (SEO), l’administration de site internet… selon les niveaux de formation ou encore la formation. L’alternance est répartie de la façon suivante : les cours de formation se déroulent au Centre de Formation des Apprentis selon un rythme d’alternance déterminé soit 35h hebdomadaire et l’apprentissage du métier se déroule dans l’entreprise. Le contrat d’apprentissage est signé avec l’entreprise en amont de l’entrée du jeune en formation et elle est impérative et conditionne la venue du jeune en formation au CFA MFR Ifacom. Pour signer un contrat d’apprentissage un jeune doit avoir 15 ans révolu et ne pas avoir plus de 29 ans à la signature du contrat pour pouvoir suivre les cours de formation. Pour certains jeunes, l’apprentissage et la solution pour pouvoir changer de métier, devenir rapidement professionnel et acquérir de nouvelles compétences. L’apprentissage offre l’opportunité aux jeunes entrants dans notre MFR Ifacom de devenir des professionnels avec des compétences reconnus dans les métiers du Commerce. Tout au long de sa formation le jeune apprend la communication avec et vers les autres, pour mieux répondre au besoin du client. La relation client est primordiale pour la fidélisation de la clientèle et d’autant plus à l’ère du digital. Il apprend aussi en cours l’utilisation des outils numériques, la gestion du e-commerce. Les formations sont dispensées en alternance et uniquement. Ce centre de formation (CFA) est une MFR. Le prix de la formation est pris en charge par l'entreprise et la famille doit payer la restauration et l'hébergement en internat. La MFR Ifacom fait partie des établissements de la formation professionnelle sur l’agglomération de La Roche sur Yon au même niveau que le Greta, l’Esfora, l’Aforbat, de la Fab Academy pole formation, Alternance Vendée group, ESA, IA… Notre CFA travaille également avec des organisations professionnelles via les entreprises partenaires tels que l’UIMM.
